To focus on these visuals, I kept the design intentionally pared back, focusing on enhancing rather than distracting from the photography. A refined color palette of off-white, off-black, and a rusted red—pulled directly from the imagery—helped tie the design to its natural surroundings. Delicate design elements, inspired by suns and stars, added a sense of charm and elegance, bringing a touch of detail without overwhelming the composition. Bold, textured typography added a modern yet timeless feel, creating a visual balance that felt approachable and engaging. The final deliverable was a compact 4-page booklet that effectively told the church’s story while inviting the community to participate in its future.
